Not only does it include the open bar and the full taco and cheese steak buffet. It also includes a complimentary bottle of champagne and red wine. In a private setting with a personal server and security. The guest also has the opportunity to participate in top-shelf bottle service. Brands like Grey Goose, Makers Mark, Grand Marnier, and other top brand items.
With the grand finale of a 5-course small plate meal prepared by our own Executive Chef and explained before each serving.
Course 1- Shredded Brussel and Smoked Bacon Salad. A shredded brussels and smoke bacon salad severed with a handmade citrus dressing and a touch of parm cheese.
Course 2- Seafood Cream Chowder. A creamy seafood chowder prepared with lump crab, whole shrimp, lobster, and scallops. Accented with a balsamic glaze.
Course 3- Proscuitto Wrapped Mozzarella. Twin prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella servings atop a buttered crostini and finished with a drunken cranberry drizzle.
Course 4- Petite Topped Filet. A hand-cut petite filet topped with zesty bacon sriracha and crab hollandaise finished with gourmet thinly sliced fried onion straws.
Course 5- Stuffed Beignets. A center plate single serving New Orleans style beignets stuffed with a sweet berry bourbon sauce, atop a butter creamed frosting, sprinkled with candied bacon, and a chocolate sauce.

Grain On The Rocks will be providing their delicious food and libations. The general admission ticket includes a build your own cheesesteak bar! Choose from chicken or steak, then go on down the line picking and choosing your toppings to make your ultimate cheesesteak. Yes yes, the famous OMG cheese sauce will be there for all you cheese lovers! Not a cheesesteak fan?
No problem - there will also be a TACO and NACHO bar! Yes that's right, a build your own taco and nacho bar with all the meats and toppings to make your favorite taco combo! The best part? They are all you can eat! So have tacos, nachos and a cheesesteak before that new years diet starts! We wont tell, we promise!

There is no reserved seating (besides for the tasting ticket), its first come first serve kind of thing, but there will be plenty of space!! Last year, most people were up dancing the whole time! Come and expect a great time!
